Hi my name is Kevin Slater. I am a qualified level 5 driving instructor (this level is obtained when assessed by the DSA) and I am also registered with the DIA.

I would like to thank you for choosing On the road driving school to learn to drive with. We are based in Stoke-on-Trent, and cover the North Staffordshire area

I am friendly, patient and understanding. It is a very nervous time when you first get behind the wheel of a car so I will be trying to make it as calm and relaxing as possible as well as giving excellent tuition and preparing you to pass a test which will change your life.

First we talk through what you have to be aware of and make sure you are confident before getting behind the wheel.

I use various techniques to help you get the best tuition possible and make learning to drive an easier and less stressful experience for you.

I only use up to date cars with He-man dual controls fitted.

I have held a driving licence for 30 years and been involved in different aspects of training for the last 15 years.
